Zone 1 & 2:
Digestive System. Reduce processed foods, reducing the amount of fat, increase water intake and choose food that is fresh and juicy like a cucumber.
Hearts. Stop alcohol, greasy foods and dairy. This is the zone where food allergies also appear. Pay attention to your food ingredients. Also do 30 minutes of light exercise every day and get enough sleep so that the heart can rest.
Zones 4 & 5:
Kidney. Acne position around the eyes (including black circle) indicates that you are in dehydration. The solution, drink plenty of water.
Hearts. Check your blood pressure, reduce the intake of spicy foods and meat. Look for more fresh air. In addition, you can also reduce cholesterol by replacing “bad fats” with “good fats” such as Omega 3 and 6 which can be found in nuts, avocados and fish. Acne at position 6 can also arise because the area is full of dilated pores. Check your makeup, be sure not to pass the expiry date.
Zone 7 & 8:
Kidney. Drink plenty of water, less soda, coffee and alcohol as this will cause further dehydration.
Zones 9 & 10:
Respiratory system. Are you a smoker? Have allergies? Do not let your body is too hot, eat foods cold and fresh, reduce the consumption of sugar and get more fresh air, avoid foods that make the body acidic (meat, dairy, alcohol, caffeine, sugar) and add more alkalizing foods such as green vegetables and juice. Another thing that causes acne to grow in this zone is mobile and pillows were dirty.
Zone 11 & 12:
Hormones. It is a zone that indicates you are experiencing stress and hormonal changes. For a while both are sometimes unavoidable. You can reduce the effect by getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, eating leafy vegetables and keep the skin to keep it clean. Another interesting thing, acne in this area indicate when you are ovulating.
Stomach. Add intake of fiber and drinking herbal tea to help smooth the process of digestion.
Disease. Acne here could be a sign that your body is fighting bacteria to avoid the disease. Break that much, take a moment to breathe deeply, and drink plenty of water
